Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between city888 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who accesses, registers with or uses the services provided at the city888.run website ("User", "you", "member"). By registering an account or continuing to use this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

city888 accepts financial transactions via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

• Minimum deposit for each payment method: RM10.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 30 minutes, subject to a completed account verification.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• city888 does not bear any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the city888 account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be rejected immediately.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus: 100% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000.

• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → required wagering RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Another calculation example: deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM3,200 → required wagering RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are valid for wagering purposes only.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

city888 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including opening multiple accounts or using hedging techniques, will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.

Wagering Rules and Platform Use

All confirmed bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirming the transaction.

• Winnings will be credited to the account balance once the official result is announced.
• city888 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on incorrect pricing information resulting from a technical error.

• The use of any automated software, bots or third-party tools to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• city888 is not responsible for losses caused by disruptions to a user's internet connection.

For live casino games, the live dealer's decision is final. Any complaint relating to a game result must be submitted within 24 hours through the official city888 support channel.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

city888 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, system abuse and any conduct that compromises the security of the platform or other members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Sharing account login details with another individual.

Account Closure and Termination of Service
